- How did you get involved with digital health?
While pursuing my master’s degree, food blogs were gaining a lot of popularity and I was fascinated with the idea on how online communities can contribute to nutrition and health promotion. Since then I’ve expanded my interest in how tech startups are making a huge difference for the better in the healthcare industry.
- Tell us about where you come from and some of the health and technology innovation that’s happening there.
I’m originally from Boston, Massachusetts but now reside in San Francisco. In Boston, while working at Brigham and Women’s hospital, it was really interesting to see some of the new technologies being used on Boston Med, an ABC series they were filming at the time. In San Francisco, I’ve been fortunate enough to connect with very talented, driven entrepreneurs and creators in the health tech space.
- How did you get involved with digital health?
